Members of groups need to know and trust one another to work collectively. Going beyond icebreakers and pair share, learn ways to bring groups into cohesion and ready to work. You will experience techniques from Sociometry (study of group dynamics, evolution of groups, network of relationships within groups) that you can apply to any content you are teaching or task a group is working on. These approaches to group work are playful, perceptually expanding and highly relational.
