A free four week series to support you in coming home via listening, sensing and moving. Based in practices of Focusing and Authentic Movement you will be guided to follow your body’s impulses to navigate homeward. Each week will have a different theme which will be the same on Wednesday and Friday. You are welcome to join in one or all explorations, you will need to register via email so I can send you a link to join via Zoom.
Because many of us are very tired of online work this is designed to be a respite, an opportunity to not attend to the screen but instead attend to your body-being. You don’t have to have your camera on, you don’t have to share, you don’t have to worry about doing it right. Show up and let the words seep into your cells so they may guide you in returning home.
